About EqubBet
Equb Bet — እቁብ ቤት, the House of Equb — is built for the families, friends, workplaces and associations who keep one of Ethiopia's most trusted traditions alive, at home and across the diaspora.
Our approach
- 01
Respect the tradition.
Equb works because people trust each other; our job is to make that trust easy to see.
- 02
Stay out of the money.
We are a record-keeping and coordination tool, not a bank.
- 03
Be fair by design.
Draws are verifiable and history can't be quietly rewritten.
- 04
Speak your language.
Amharic is a first-class language, not an afterthought.
Bring your Equb online.
Set up your group, invite members and run your first round with a clear record for everyone.
