1. Seal the draw

The server creates a secret seed and shows you its fingerprint (commitment) before anything is drawn.

2. Add a live number

At a real gathering someone reads out a number. It is mixed in so not even the server can predict the result in advance.

For example, a number read out at the gathering.

3. Draw and verify

The server picks the share, reveals the seed, and anyone can recompute the result.
